Instead, we work together to identify the root cause of the blockage around sleep for you, the individual. My focus is on empowering you to reconnect with your inherent, natural ability to sleep well throughout life, leading to sustained rest and vitality

Sleep Health Assessment

For those who feel they work well independently and just want someone to take the time to assess their sleep quality and anxieties around sleep.

You will complete a Sleep Quality Scale Questionnaire and some relevant lifestyle questions online. I will review your information and in our session I will give you clear guidance and identify what specifically is causing your sleep problems and the tools you can use to support yourself to sleep better.

Hi, I'm Holly and I have been where you are now....looking for help and support with sleep, waking numerous times and feeling exhausted the next day. In my search for solace I found a deep connection with sleep and went on to specialise in this area. Now I have over 10 years of experience supporting and empowering people to reclaim their sleep and a deeper connection and trust in themselves.  


As The Restorative Sleep Coach,  I bring a unique and powerful blend of expertise to your sleep challenges.

I believe that sustainable rest requires looking beyond single-discipline solutions. My approach is person-centered and integrates a wide range of specialised knowledge, ensuring your program is tailored precisely to your needs.


My Unique Edge:

  • Clinical Perspective: Years of experience working within NHS, private healthcare, and addiction clinics has provided deep insight into complex human behaviour and psychological barriers to sleep.
  • Academic Rigor: This clinical work is underpinned by an MSc in Clinical Psychology, Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, an Advanced Accredited Coaching Diploma and ACT for Insomnia.
  • Integrative Tools: I blend  proven, advanced techniques from my qualifications and experience with compassion and trauma focused therapy, to address the mindset blocks that prevent deep, restorative sleep.
